Max.Rewards General Terms and Conditions
Version: 2026-11-03
Operator: PRMMS
Status: General operational draft. Requires PRMMS legal approval; not legal advice.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Max.Rewards recommendation, reward catalogue and related account and support functions operated by PRMMS. By checking the agreement box and signing in as a member, you confirm that you have read and agree to this version. If you do not agree, do not sign in; contact your programme administrator through your existing contact channel. Administrator accounts are not subject to the member checkbox and remain subject to PRMMS internal policies. Existing signed-in sessions are not invalidated by this initial release.
2. Accounts and security
Use only an account you are authorised to use. Keep your password and session private, sign out on shared devices and promptly report suspected misuse. Do not share accounts, impersonate another person or access another person's information. PRMMS may restrict access where necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse or comply with applicable law.
3. Recommendations and automated explanations
Recommendations are produced using automated models and available reward and activity data. They may be incomplete, unsuitable or inaccurate and are not professional advice. Optional AI-generated wording explains recommendations; it does not determine reward entitlement. You remain responsible for checking suitability, available points and the reward's individual conditions before redeeming. Where offered, you can change personalisation preferences.
4. Rewards, points and orders
The catalogue, recommendations, balances and availability may change. Each reward may have separate merchant or programme conditions, including eligibility, validity, fulfilment and cancellation rules. Check those conditions before placing an order. These general terms do not replace them or promise that every displayed reward is available. Sandbox/demo points and orders are test data and have no cash or real-world redemption value unless PRMMS has expressly confirmed otherwise. No minimum redemption outcome is guaranteed.
5. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, circumvent access controls, automate abusive requests, misrepresent activity or upload unlawful, infringing, malicious or threatening material. Use the system only for its intended programme and support purposes.
6. Support submissions and attachments
Signed-in users may submit system questions and issues through Contact Us. PRMMS administrators can view submissions, download attachments, change their status and reply. Your account links the submission to you; it is not anonymous. Status and replies are visible in your submission history. This feature is not an emergency service and no response or resolution time is promised.
Attach only information needed to investigate the issue that you are authorised to share. Do not include passwords, signing keys, bank/payment details, identity documents, health data or unnecessary information about other people. Up to three PNG, JPEG, PDF or plain-text files of at most 5 MB each are accepted subject to validation. Downloads remain untrusted: recipients should scan them and open them using up-to-date software. File validation is not a guarantee that a file is free of malware.
7. Information handling
The service processes account information, preferences, reward activity and technical events for operation, personalisation, security, governance and troubleshooting. Recommendation telemetry uses pseudonymised member keys; support content and attachments are stored separately in the application database and are not included in audit-log event bodies. Authorised administrators can associate submissions with usernames. Access restrictions do not make support submissions confidential from those administrators.
The operator must publish an approved privacy notice, retention/deletion policy and contact details. These terms do not establish a specific retention period or consent to unrelated marketing, and do not replace applicable privacy obligations. Contact PRMMS through your programme administrator for privacy enquiries until approved public contact details are provided.
8. Availability and changes
Maintenance, connectivity, data updates or third-party outages may interrupt the service. PRMMS may correct errors and change features or rewards, subject to applicable law and programme obligations. Check important transactions and contact support if something looks wrong.
9. Ownership and third-party content
The service and its branding belong to PRMMS or its licensors. Merchant names, reward images and other third-party materials remain their owners' property. You may use the service for its intended purposes, not copy or redistribute protected content without permission. You retain rights in material you submit and authorise PRMMS to use it only as reasonably necessary to operate support and meet applicable obligations.
10. Responsibility and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PRMMS does not promise uninterrupted operation or that recommendations will meet every need. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any proposed limitation of liability, consumer remedy provisions or dispute procedure requires jurisdiction-specific legal review before use.
11. Updated terms and enquiries
Material changes will be issued under a new version with an appropriate notice process. Member sign-in requires agreement to the current version. The service records the account, version, and first and latest acceptance times for that version. The checkbox is not preselected. For system enquiries, use Contact Us after signing in; for account access issues, contact your programme administrator through an existing channel.
12. Governing jurisdiction and legal review
Governing law and dispute forum: to be confirmed by PRMMS legal review. PRMMS's full legal entity name, registered address, approved privacy notice, public contact, retention rules and enforceable dispute provisions must be confirmed before production use.
