These need a new deployment to change. Governance controls such as the protected-attribute exclusion and the Key Vault salt are fixed in code on purpose.

Accounts
Members see their own recommendations. Admins manage settings and accounts. Deactivating an account or resetting its password ends its open sessions at once.
Add an account
Members redeem points at checkout. Mark an order delivered once the reward has been sent. Cancelling returns the points to the member, who sees the reason.

How often members open the 1st, 2nd, … recommendation. A steep drop means only the top of the list is looked at.

Live model
Train a new candidate
Trains a new model on the source data and the new transactions and adds it below as a candidate. It does not change the live model, and takes about 5 to 10 minutes.
Retrained models (candidates)
A retraining run never changes the live model: it creates a candidate here. A candidate can be
approved only if it passes the release gate and is no worse than the live model. An approved model goes live
with the next deployment (pipeline parameter approvedModel).

Population Stability Index of the recommendation scores and of the category mix, per weekly report. Below the lower line is stable; above the upper line is a significant change.

Latest AI sentences shown to members
Changes to settings, accounts and points, and failed or refused sign-ins. Members appear by username; passwords and member IDs are never logged. Dates and timestamps are UTC; both boundaries are inclusive (maximum 90 days). Field filters match text without case sensitivity and combine with AND. Severity and operation metadata are available for Application Insights logs when recorded; unavailable values remain blank. Search covers only the safe fields shown or exported.
